SEMINAR REGISTRATION:
REGISTER EARLY!
Some classes fill quickly, only receipt of payment guarantees a place in a class.
REGISTER ONLINE:
Register using VISA or MasterCard, receipts will be emailed to you automatically upon full receipt of tuition fees at the time of registration. Questions? Email: askus@smallbusinessbc.ca.

DROP IN:
Register in person at Small Business BC Office. Pay by cash, debit or credit card.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursdays, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
COURSE CANCELLATIONS:
A minimum course enrollment is required to recover course costs. If that minimum is not reached, Small Business BC reserves the right to cancel the course. Every attempt will be made to notify you in advance. A full refund will be processed unless we are notified of your wish to transfer to another course date.
WAIT LISTS FOR COURSES:
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, upon full receipt of tuition fees at the time of registration. If a course is full, you will be placed on a wait list. In some cases, another section of the course may be added. If a course seat becomes available, the person whose name is first on the list will be contacted.
WITHDRAWALS and REFUNDS:
- Refund requests or 100% refund credit alternative must be submitted 48 hours prior to the start of the course or event.
- All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20% of the course/event fee (minimum $15 to a maximum of $35 per course/event).
- No refunds or 100% refund credit alternative will be issued for late requests.
100% REFUND CREDIT ALTERNATIVE:
If an attendee chooses to cancel 48 hours prior to the start of the course, we would gladly hold a 100% credit of the registration fee towards the next Small Business BC course. This one-time 100% refund credit alternative is valid for 6 months from the original date of the course. 100% refund credit alternative will not be issued for late requests.
REFUND PAYMENTS:
Fee payments made by credit card will be refunded by means of a credit to your account. Fee payments paid in cash or debit will require the registrant to send Small Business BC a copy of the course receipt in order to complete the refund transaction. Refunds for cash or debit will be made by cheque. Please allow three weeks for processing.
